What I’m most proud of is seeing how a simple act of travel can help transform opportunities for children through education. With the support of Kind Traveler and Sublime Samaná, we’ve been able to enhance our school through projects like renovating our library and funding computer science classes. These partnerships remind us that when communities come together, we can create lasting impact for the next generation.
- Nicole Bauer, Administrator, Dominican Joe Kids Foundation
We believe that both our business and we as people have an ethical responsibility to give back to our communities.
We're thrilled to partner with Kind Traveler's "Every Adventure Gives Back" program to support the work of Bleu World, whose hands-on programs create an inclusive space for people of all backgrounds to contribute to ocean conservation efforts on Catalina Island. They are building a vibrant community of ocean changemakers by fostering collaboration among conservationists, explorers and scientists who share a passion for protecting marine ecosystems.
This directly aligns with our vision and holistic approach: we celebrate diversity, equality and inclusion, ensuring that everyone is treated with respect, patience, empathy and kindness, proving that scuba is open and welcoming to all.
We are committed to ocean conservation and sustainable practices, believing that everyone can make a difference in ocean protection every time we dive, travel, and more. Whether it’s reducing impact by making sure our products and gear are eco-friendly or joining in ocean conservation efforts, giving back matters.
- Lisa Beach, Business & Operations Manager, Scuba by Design
Our partnership with Kind Traveler and the Los Cabos Tourism Board has allowed us to make a tremendous impact in supporting a local animal rescue organization, Corazon Flora, which finds homes and cares for homeless companion animals throughout the region. As a woman working in food justice in one of the most prestigious wine country hotspots, I’m especially proud that our partnership with Kind Traveler allows tourists to explore and indulge decadently in everything Sonoma County has to offer, knowing that at the same time, they are nourishing the community they are visiting. Their contribution supports our food rescue program, which reduces food waste and food insecurity, ameliorating harmful greenhouse gases and supplying underserved neighbors with free, nutritious, locally-grown fruits and vegetables. It's inspiring to see travel being transformed into meaningful change and everyone coming together to put people and planet before profit, committed to a more sustainable future.

Each year, more than 4 million visitors come to enjoy the wildlife and landscapes of Yellowstone National Park, one of the last intact ecosystems in the lower 48 states. Yet many of the animals that inspire these journeys, mule deer, elk and pronghorn antelope, rely on the surrounding lower-elevation, privately owned lands in winter. Guest contributions through Kind Traveler and the Chamberlin Inn help Park County Open Lands at the Jackson Hole Land Trust protect this critical winter habitat.
- Alexandra Few, Park County Open Lands Director, Jackson Hole Land Trust

As a global event planning firm, we make a big footprint around the world, and what mattered to us was making sure it was a positive one. Through our partnership with Kind Traveler, we’ve been introduced to the incredible nonprofit organizations they support in the destinations where we plan our clients’ events, connecting us with the people doing the real work to strengthen those communities. Inspired by their model, we introduced a new initiative where $10 for every attendee in our programs goes into a fund that supports nonprofit partners each year. By introducing our clients to these causes, each gathering becomes an opportunity to give back to the places that welcome us. We always knew we wanted to do good, but we struggled to figure out how to do it in a strategic, scalable way. Kind Traveler became the matchmaker that made it possible, and we couldn’t be happier to be part of it, and we know we're just getting started together.
