ABOUT
The Setting
The Vintners Resort is situated on 92 acres of vineyards, vegetable gardens and hiking paths in the postcard come to life that is the Russian River Valley. A mere 60 miles from San Francisco and adjacent to picturesque coastline and mountains, it’s no wonder this AAA rated wine country resort has been winning awards ad nauseum. However, the award that we’re warm and fuzzy about is the Environmentalist Level Award in the California Green Lodging program, meaning they have an environmental policy in place to meet all seven of the program’s criteria. A wine toast to that!
Sleep and Sanctuary
Each of the Vintners Resort 78 deluxe rooms and suites perfectly compliment its relaxing surroundings. You’ll find spacious patios on ground floors and upper floors boast balconies with peaceful views of manicured gardens, lush courtyards or surrounding vineyards. Sip your Vintners Resort wine (complimentary half bottles in deluxe rooms/full red and white bottles in suites) by the environmentally friendly fireplace and pick from healthy snacks in your in-room mini bar. Be sure to raise a glass in honor of choosing the finest in Sonoma Wine Country splendor.
