• Dining on the Hill - The main dining venue where breakfast is bountiful with specialties that are cooked to order. In the evenings, enjoy some of the best Thai food on the island as well as some Western comfort food selection. Dine on delectable favorites like a papaya Pad Thai, while you’re at it, learn how to prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes like a local from the talented Thai chefs at Dining on the Hill every day from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Advanced reservations required. Open 7-11 am for a la carte breakfast, 6 pm-10:30 pm nightly. 

• Drinks on the Hill - Relax in the main bar and choose from a wide selection of beverages, including fresh tropical juices, mocktails, cocktails, local and imported beers plus one of the most extensive wine lists on the island. Open from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm.

• Drift at the Beach - Home to the newly unveiled beach bar and poolside lounge. Enjoy unpretentious wholesome flavors from the wood-fired oven and grill, not forgetting the mixologists’ tantalizing tipples. Drift at the Beach is a "come as you are" venue to enjoy soaking up the sun or lounging under the moonlight whilst watching your favorite movie. Open each day from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

• Drinks on the Rocks - Before heading to your intimate table at Dining on the Rocks, start the evening with your favorite cocktail or try our signature Citrus Twist with an extra splash of sunset. Or an amuse-bouche the likes of fresh pomelo salad or traditional Thai noodles. Opening hours may vary.
