ABOUT
The Setting
For those not in the know, Southern California’s Palm Desert resort community of Indian Wells is the more relaxed cousin of Palm Springs. Set here amongst the desert majesty of the Santa Rosa Mountain foothills, you’ll find Miramonte Indian Wells Resort & Spa. Life at this unique Mediterranean-style resort mainly revolves around golf, tennis, poolside banter and cocktails, fireside chats, and relaxing plush robe-draped walks from your villa to the award-winning spa. Keep your eyes peeled on those flowery paths. Miramonte has partnered with renowned sculptor C.J. Rench to create a sculpture garden throughout the property. In summation – stunning resort, desert oasis, and perpetual bliss.
Sleep and Sanctuary
Serene desert sanctuary awaits your arrival in Miramonte’s newly-upgraded 215 guest rooms and suites. The motto here is “pathways, not hallways,” as you’ll discover grand archways welcoming you to two-story Mediterranean-style bougainvillea-covered bungalows spread out amongst 11 acres of gardens and citrus trees. Most of the pet-friendly hideaways, from luxury guest rooms to a whopping Presidential Suite, boast private balconies with stunning mountain or garden views. We hate to keep stating the obvious, but it’s like your own desert oasis.
Eat. Pray. Eat.
Bring your appetite to the desert to indulge in on-site signature restaurants that bring fresh flavors to a relaxing and ambient atmosphere. The hub of which is Citrus & Palm Restaurant and Tavern Bar. Both offer creative menus inspired by on-property ingredients. Enjoy mixing and mingling with fireside dining and weekend live music next to crackling fire pits under a canopy of olive trees. If you opt for a vitamin D side with your lunch, find a healthy menu of favorites on the pool menu.
